Job Responsibilities for the post of Full time Company Secretary: -
Corporate Law/Securities Law / FEMA compliance work of Private/Public Companies /LLPs including but not limited to Maintenance of Statutory records , E-FORM filing , Charge matters etc.. The Institutional Correspondence and Drafting of Deeds and Agreements .
