Role: Commvault storage backup admin

Responsibility Expectations from the role

experience in Commvault administration.
Strong knowledge of backup architecture, deduplication, and storage integration.
Experience with VMware, Hyper-V, and cloud backup solutions (Azure/AWS).
Familiarity with SQL, Exchange, and Oracle backup strategies.
Scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash) for automation.
Commvault Certified Professional (CCP) preferred.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Configure backup policies, schedules, and retention strategies.
Performing restores and validate data integrity.
Monitor backup jobs and troubleshoot failures.
