Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Community Manager with expertise in Social Media Management, Discord Moderation, Web 3.0, Growth Tactics, and Creative Community Management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, nurturing, and expanding online communities while aligning with the brands target audience and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Community Engagement & Moderation: Manage and grow online communities across platforms like Discord, Telegram, Twitter (X), and other social channels.

Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and analyze content for social media platforms to boost engagement and brand awareness.

Web 3.0 & Blockchain Community Building: Foster discussions around blockchain, DeFi, NFTs, and other Web3-related topics to establish brand authority.

Growth & Strategy Development: Design and implement community growth tactics that resonate with the brands audience.

Content & Campaigns: Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create engaging content and campaigns that empower and connect the community.

Brand Advocacy & Engagement: Act as the bridge between the brand and its audience, ensuring a positive and engaging experience.

Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to align community goals with business objectives and maximize impact.

Analytics & Reporting: Track key metrics, analyze performance, and optimize engagement strategies based on data insights.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Proven experience as a Community Manager, Social Media Manager, or Discord Moderator in Web3, Blockchain, or Tech-based communities.

Strong understanding of Web 3.0, DeFi, NFTs, and Blockchain ecosystems.

Expertise in using community management tools, social media platforms, and analytics software.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to create and execute growth and engagement strategies effectively.

Experience in content creation, brand storytelling, and digital marketing.

Knowledge of moderation techniques, community best practices, and crisis management.

Familiarity with Web3 communities, DAOs, and token-based ecosystems is a plus.
