Job Description: As a Community Field Sales Executive at Archish Fertility & IVF in Bengaluru, your role will involve developing and implementing community outreach programs, building relationships with community partners, executing events and workshops, and providing education about fertility and IVF services. You will also engage with potential and existing patients to foster positive relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Implement local promotions to increase awareness of fertility and IVF services. - Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide information about services. - Coordinate events and camps to reach out to the community and educate them about fertility treatments. - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for reaching a wider audience. - Prepare and submit timely reports on outreach activities and their impact. Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in community outreach or sales, preferably in the healthcare sector. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with community partners and patients. - Knowledge or background in Gynecology or IVF services would be an advantage. - Ability to work full-time from Monday to Saturday at the HAL, Whitefield, and Sahakar Nagar locations.
