Key Responsibilities

Develop annual community engagement calendar & program modules
Conduct wellness, cognitive, and recreational activities
Organize counselling & support group sessions
Plan outreach camps & advocacy events
Monitor participation, collect feedback, and report outcomes
Liaise with NGOs, senior citizen associations, and partners

Qualifications & Experience
Essential:

Bachelor’s/Master’s in Social Work, Psychology, Public Health, Sociology, or related field
3–5 years in community engagement, wellness, or social development projects
Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
Proficiency in English & Kannada; other regional languages a plus

Desirable:

Experience with elderly populations, counselling, wellness facilitation, or advocacy
