Role Overview: FounderHelpDesk is looking for individuals to join as Regional Community Directors for their local, national, and international chapters. As a Regional Community Director, you will play a crucial role in building and nurturing a supportive ecosystem for founders. This is a volunteer role that can be performed remotely or on-ground. The focus is on creating a collaborative environment where founders can thrive, connect, and grow together. Key Responsibilities: - Notice and engage with people within the community. - Facilitate connections between founders. - Set a welcoming and supportive tone for the community. - Assist new members in getting acclimated. - Initiate and lead conversations that are meaningful and beneficial. - Identify collaboration opportunities among members. - Build a circle of support and strength for founders.
