What youll own

? Community Presence: Be the face of the community-host conversations, create touchpoints, build belonging.

? Engagement Systems: Design playbooks for content, events, and discussions that drive scalable engagement.

? Co-Creation: Shape campaigns with the communityfocus on what resonates with US culture and behaviour.

? Program Delivery: Run initiatives end-to-endscope, manage timelines, and deliver outcomes.

? Pulse & Signals: Stay tuned to sentimentspot shifts early and act before engagement drops.

? Impact & Metrics: Own and improve core metricsgrowth, activity, and retention.

? Proven experience in building communities or engagement-driven experiences;

? Sense of consumer psychology - you know what clicks and what flops;
