About the Role

We're looking for a creative and analytical communicator who can strengthen our digital presence across platforms. The ideal candidate will plan and manage online campaigns, craft engaging content and visuals. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, perfect for someone who enjoys both storytelling and data.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Campaigns

  • Plan, execute, and optimise digital ad campaigns on platforms such as

    LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and Google

    .
  • Build audience segments and track performance using analytics dashboards.
  • Coordinate with teams to align campaigns with organisational communication goals.

Content Development

  • Write and edit

    social media posts, blogs, newsletters, and website content

    .
  • Ensure brand consistency and a clear, engaging tone across platforms.
  • Support storytelling initiatives that highlight fieldwork, research, and on-ground impact.

Design & Visual Communication

  • Create

    basic digital creatives, infographics, and short videos

    using tools like Canva and VEED.io.
  • Work with a team to conceptualise visuals for campaigns.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track performance of campaigns and organic posts.
  • Prepare monthly analytics reports and recommend improvements based on insights.

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Support communication needs across projects and partnerships.
  • Coordinate with programme and fundraising teams to develop targeted outreach materials.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in

    digital communications, marketing, or media

    , with proven results from managing campaigns.
  • Digital marketing certifications are a plus.
  • Strong writing and editing skills in English.
  • Hands-on experience with

    LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads, or Google Ads

    .
  • Familiarity with

    social media scheduling and analytics tools

    is a plus (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
  • Working knowledge of

    Canva

    for design.
  • Basic understanding of

    SEO and web analytics

    is a plus.
  • Creative thinker who's detail-oriented and comfortable juggling multiple projects.
