Job Description

Teaching Verbal related sections. Knowledge on Verbal and Soft skills modules for campus hiring.Responsible for conducting classroom sessions. Ensure interview etiquette.Mentoring student progress. Demonstrates understanding of Employ ability skills.Responsibilities: Verbal Aptitude Training: Design and deliver comprehensive training sessions on all verbal ability sections relevant to campus hiring and competitive exams (e.g., Reading Comprehension, Sentence Correction, Vocabulary, Grammar, Para Jumbles, Critical Reasoning, Analogy, Synonyms/Antonyms). Develop effective strategies and shortcuts for students to tackle verbal ability questions efficiently and accurately. Provide practice exercises, mock tests, and detailed feedback to enhance student performance in verbal sections. Soft Skills & Interview Etiquette: Conduct engaging sessions on essential soft skills, including but not limited to: Communication Skills (Verbal & Non-verbal) Presentation Skills Group Discussion (GD) strategies and practice Personal Interview (PI) techniques and mock interviews Body Language and Professional Demeanor Confidence Building and Public Speaking Time Management and Organizational Skills Teamwork and Collaboration Ensure students understand and practice appropriate interview etiquette, professional attire, and overall presentation. Classroom Management & Delivery: Plan and execute dynamic and interactive classroom sessions, utilizing various teaching methodologies (lectures, discussions, activities, role-plays). Create a positive and encouraging learning environment that fosters student participation and growth. Manage class schedules and adhere to curriculum timelines. Student Mentoring & Progress Monitoring: Mentor students individually and in groups, providing personalized guidance and feedback on their progress in verbal aptitude and soft skills. Assess student performance through regular evaluations and provide constructive criticism for improvement. Track student progress and maintain detailed records of their development. Address student queries and concerns related to career readiness and interview preparation.
