In the role of Manager Communication at the leading political consulting organization in India, you will be instrumental in developing and executing innovative electioneering campaigns and supporting grassroots capacity building efforts. Your contributions will be integral to shaping governance and ensuring optimal electoral outcomes in line with the vision of Prime Minister Narendra Modi for a developed India. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop strategic and engaging storytelling messaging for political narratives and election campaigns. - Strategize and implement a digital advertising plan in alignment with the business strategy, collaborating closely with the Digital advertising team. - Lead people management activities by identifying, recruiting, and managing a team of high-caliber individuals to achieve business objectives effectively. - Supervise and provide guidance to content creators on various platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Sharechat, Moj, Telegram, and Koo. - Conduct landscape assessments, competitor analysis, and monitoring tasks. - Support the development of advertising materials across multiple platforms and assist in planning, executing, and tracking new industry trends. **Qualifications Required:** - Good understanding of Indian politics, history, and current affairs. - 4-10 years of professional experience in a media organization. - Digital media native with a deep understanding of effective communication on social media platforms. - Ability to synthesize complex concepts, formulate clear viewpoints, and craft compelling narratives. - Strong project management skills, including managing internal stakeholders, external agencies, and multiple campaigns simultaneously. - Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, manage priorities effectively, and engage in tasks beyond the job scope. - Agile and flexible approach, with expertise in YouTube algorithms, SEO, content strategy, and audience engagement.
