Commodities Pricing-Python and C

Join our dynamic Commodities Technology team at Citi and contribute to the evolution and stability of the global operations platform. We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Python and C# developer to design and implement our Commodities Pre-Trade pricing platform. While prior experience in the financial industry is not required, strong analytical skills are essential. **Responsibilities:** - Architect and develop the Commodities Pricing Platform with robust and scalable server side using Python and C# - Collaborate with quants and traders on implementing linear and option product pricing, implied volatility & risk calculations - Examine existing trader spreadsheets to understand pricing logic and translate it into a functional technology solution - Work as a delivery lead, closely engaging with various partners including business representatives, quants, and other technology teams to enhance the Commodities business competitive edge - Understand business and technology requirements, discuss with key stakeholders, and prioritize deliveries - Participate in implementation, testing, documentation, and release processes as per business requirements and firm standards - Drive electrification within Commodities by working directly with developers, quant analysts, and traders/sales - Collaborate with other global Commodities technology teams and across markets technology **Knowledge/Experience:** - 8+ years of relevant experience required - Strong experience in Python and C# - Experience with Tibco, Rabbit MQ, Kafka, Solace - Familiarity with Docker, Openshift, Kubernetes, AWS, Google App Engine - Knowledge of MongoDB, Couchbase, Redis, GraphQL - Exposure to Grafana, ELK - Experience in building and maintaining robust and scalable platforms - Ability to work in a fast-paced trading environment - Experience in working on multi-phased projects with involvement from stakeholders and development teams across multiple regions **Education:** - Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience In case you are a person with a disability and require a reasonable accommodation to use our search tools or apply for a career opportunity, please review Accessibility at Citi.
