Commodities Pricing-Python and C

You will be joining Citi's dynamic Commodities Technology team to contribute to the evolution and stability of the global operations platform. As a highly skilled and motivated Python and C# developer, you will play a key role in designing and implementing the Commodities Pre-Trade pricing platform. Prior experience in the financial industry is not required, but strong analytical skills are essential. **Key Responsibilities:** - Architect and develop the Commodities Pricing Platform with robust and scalable server-side using Python and C# - Work with quants and traders on implementing linear and option product pricing, implied volatility & risk calculations - Examine existing trader spreadsheets to understand pricing logic and translate this logic into a functional technology solution - Work closely with various partners including business representatives, quants, and other technology teams to deliver business value and enhance the Commodities business competitive edge - Understand business and technology requirements, discuss with key stakeholders, and prioritize deliveries - Be involved in implementation, testing, documentation, and release processes as per business requirements and firm standards - Collaborate with developers, quant analysts, and traders/sales to drive electrification within Commodities - Collaborate with other global Commodities technology teams and more widely across markets technology **Qualifications/Experience:** - 8+ years of relevant experience required - Strong experience in Python and C# - Knowledge of Tibco, Rabbit MQ, Kafka, Solace - Familiarity with Docker, Openshift, Kubernetes, AWS, Google App Engine - Experience with MongoDB, Couchbase, Redis, GraphQL - Familiarity with Grafana and ELK - Experience in building and maintaining robust and scalable platforms - Ability to work in a fast-paced trading environment - Experience working in multi-phased projects with involvement from stakeholders and development teams across multiple regions **Education:** - Bachelors degree/University degree or equivalent experience If you are a person with a disability and need a reasonable accommodation to use Citi's search tools and/or apply for a career opportunity, please review Accessibility at Citi.,
