Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commission Sales Associate, located in New Delhi. The Commission Sales Associate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining client relationships, identifying potential sales opportunities, meeting sales targets, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include managing sales pipelines, conducting market research, engaging with prospects, and preparing sales reports.

Qualifications

Proven sales experience and ability to meet targets
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service skills and ability to build strong client relationships
Knowledge of market research and sales strategies
High level of motivation and ability to work independently
Experience with CRM software is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
