Commission based Sales Executive

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Commission Sales Associate located in Kochi (Kerla), with some work from home acceptable. The Commission Sales of Ocean Flavor products Associate will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new sales opportunities, negotiating deals, closing sales, and maintaining customer relationships. Build connections with distributors, retailers, supermarkets, and restaurants. This role requires consistent follow-up with leads, delivering product presentations, and achieving sales targets. The associate will also be expected to provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to the sales management team. Visit target cities/markets to onboard new buyers. This is a commission-based role – higher sales, higher earnings.

Qualifications:

• Minimum High School (Bachelor’s preferred).
• Prior sales or FMCG/food industry experience is a plus (not mandatory).
• Strong communication skills (Hindi/English/regional language).
• Self-motivated, energetic, and result-oriented.
• Willingness to travel within your region
• 100% Commission-based.
