Commission based Sales Executive

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Commission Sales Associate located in Kochi (Kerla), with some work from home acceptable. You will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new sales opportunities, negotiating deals, closing sales, and maintaining customer relationships. Additionally, you will need to build connections with distributors, retailers, supermarkets, and restaurants. Consistent follow-up with leads, delivering product presentations, and achieving sales targets are crucial aspects of this role. You will also be expected to provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to the sales management team. Visiting target cities/markets to onboard new buyers is also part of your responsibilities. Please note that this is a commission-based role where higher sales lead to higher earnings. Qualifications: - Minimum High School education level (Bachelors preferred). - Prior sales or FMCG/food industry experience is a plus (not mandatory). - Strong communication skills in Hindi, English, and regional language(s). - Self-motivated, energetic, and result-oriented. - Willingness to travel within your region. - This is a 100% Commission-based role with unlimited earning potential.
