Commis II

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Commis II to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate should be able to support daily kitchen operations, maintain high food-quality standards, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation following established recipes and standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
• Support senior chefs in daily kitchen tasks
• Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation guidelines
• Multi tasking ability

Requirements

• Previous experience as Commis II or similar role
• Minimum 2 years experience
• Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety
• North Indian and Tandoor Experience is preferred
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
