Position: Commis I / II / III

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation and execution of

  wellness-focused meals

• Follow standardized recipes and kitchen SOPs

• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards

• Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations

• Participate in menu trials and new wellness cuisine learning

• Ensure minimal wastage and proper storage practices

Requirements

• Experience as

  Commis I / II / III

  in hotels, resorts, wellness centres, or cafés

• Experience in wellness, healthy, ayurvedic, sattvic, or therapeutic cuisine is highly preferred

• Candidates willing to learn and adapt to new wellness cuisines are welcome

• Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene & food safety

• Team player with a positive attitude and discipline

• Immediate joiners will be given preference
