About the Role

We are hiring Commis I / Commis II for our Hot Kitchen team with a focus on Italian & European cuisine. The candidate will assist senior chefs in food preparation, maintain kitchen hygiene, and ensure smooth operations during service.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing ingredients, cutting, chopping, and basic cooking tasks.
• Support DCDP/CDP in preparing Italian & European dishes (sauces, pasta, grills, continental prep).
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations and follow kitchen hygiene standards.
• Ensure proper storage of food items and follow FIFO practices.
• Assist in mise-en-place and help during busy service hours.
• Follow recipe guidelines and maintain consistency in taste and presentation.
• Handle kitchen tools and equipment safely.

Skills & Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a professional kitchen (Hotel/Restaurant).
• Basic understanding of Italian & European cuisine preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and work under pressure.
• Strong hygiene awareness and willingness to learn.
• Team player with a positive attitude.

Salary Package: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (CTC)

Pay: ₹10,344.99 - ₹23,621.42 per month
