Ensure food quality, hygiene, and presentation standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen. Assist the Head Chef as needed. Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience in South Indian cooking. Ability to handle breakfast and evening shifts. Should be reliable, disciplined, and maintain kitchen hygiene. Work Schedule:🕒 Timings: 7:30 AM – 11:30 AM & 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM (Total 8 hours) 📅 Weekly Off: 1 day per week Salary & Benefits:💰 Salary: ₹19,000 – ₹20,000 per month 🏠 Stay and Food Given 2. Role 2: Commi-1 (Indian Chinese Cook) Location: South Goa Type: Full-time Cuisine: Indian Chinese (Veg) Key Responsibilities:Prepare a variety of Indian and Chinese dishes — gravies, fried rice, noodles, paneer dishes, etc. Maintain taste consistency and food quality. Handle kitchen operations efficiently during busy hours. Ensure hygiene and safety standards are followed at all times. Requirements:Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Indian Chinese cuisine. Should be able to work independently and manage orders quickly. Passionate about vegetarian cooking.
