Commis II - Bakery serves a pivotal role in maintaining the exceptional culinary standards we are renowned for. As a Commis II in the Bakery department, you will play a crucial part in crafting exquisite baked goods and pastries that epitomize both artistry and taste. Your responsibilities will encompass preparing, baking, and presenting an array of delectable creations while adhering to the highest quality and hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• : A formal culinary education, such as a diploma or degree in baking and pastry arts, provides a strong foundation in baking techniques, ingredient handling, and food safety.
• : Candidates should possess a solid understanding of various baking methods, including bread, croissants, along with knowledge of different dough, fillings, and decorating techniques.
• : Candidates should have at least 1-2 years of prior experience in a bakery kitchen. This experience helps in developing the necessary skills and familiarity with bakery operations.
• : Familiarity with international and regional bakery items, as well as the ability to adapt recipes to suit guest preferences, showcases a well-rounded approach to baking.
• : Precise measurements, timing, and presentation are crucial in baking. A keen eye for detail ensures that baked goods consistently meet our quality standards.
• : Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices is essential to maintain a safe and clean bakery environment, preventing cross-contamination and adhering to health standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
