Commis 2 (Continental) Just 1-3 years of Experience

Job Description:
We are looking for skilled Commis II to join our Continental team at the Kolkata. The ideal candidates should have hands-on experience in food preparation, basic cooking techniques, and maintaining kitchen hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and cooking of Continental and Bakery items
• Follow standard recipes and maintain food quality
• Ensure proper kitchen hygiene and workstation organization
• Support senior chefs during service hours
• Maintain stock levels and assist in inventory management

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Knowledge of Continental cuisine and bakery preparation
• Strong teamwork, discipline, and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
