Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Commi I Bakery role, based in Udhampur. The role involves assisting in the preparation of a variety of high-quality baked goods including bread, cookies, and other bakery items. Responsibilities include ensuring all assigned baking tasks are completed efficiently and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in the bakery section. The role also requires following recipes, perfecting baking techniques, and supporting senior chefs as needed.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and expertise in Bakery and Baking techniques
• Skills in Food Preparation, with specific experience in preparing cookies and bread
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment and manage time effectively
• Attention to detail, creativity, and passion for baking
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
• Previous experience in a bakery or culinary setting is a plus
• A certificate or diploma in Baking or Culinary Arts is advantageous
