To join our small brigade Must be skilled in local and international cooking. With a passion for quality ingredients and understand that we try to source as much as we can locally and from our own largely organic farm. The candidate would preferably live on the premises and have a passion and love for food Salary as per experience Reasonable English essential Food and accommodation provided. Skills The candidate 1) Should have basic knowledge of food. 2) Should have good communication skills and English is essential. 3)Should ensure that all dishes are prepared according to the recipe and to the correct quantity.
