Job description of Commi 1 (Conti)
Role & responsibilities
· Prepare and Cook continental dishes according to recipes.
· Assist senior chefs in daily kitchen operations.
· Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
· Maintain inventory and stock levels.
· Comply with health and safety regulations.
· Manage and mentor the staff when required.
· Ensure high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
Preferred candidate profile
· Bachelor’s Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts or related Field
· Minimum 6 Years of Experience in continental
· Strong knowledge of continental cooking techniques and food safety.
· Ability to work efficiently under pressure, not compromising on the quality.
