The role of Therapy Area Expert involves effectively managing the life-cycle of pharmaceutical products under the guidance of the Therapy Area Head/Lead. Your responsibilities will include various aspects such as Medico-marketing, facilitation of scientific meetings and CMEs, driving medical projects/registry/RWE, KOL Management, Medical writing and Publications, New Product Evaluations, Training, and Medical Information. This position also requires traveling across the country for 5 to 7 days. Key Result Areas: - Medico-marketing: Implementing effective life-cycle management, developing a medical plan, reviewing promotional inputs, executing launch activities, participating in conferences, conceptualizing campaigns, and addressing medical queries. - Scientific meetings and CMEs: Facilitating various types of meetings including CME, RTMs, Ad Boards, Symposiums, International Speaker programs, and national/state-level conferences. This involves preparing agendas, identifying faculty, and managing event logistics. - Driving medical projects/registry/RWE/Study: Developing project/study outlines, ensuring projects/studies meet agreed outcomes and timelines. - KOL Management: Establishing and maintaining scientific connections with Key Opinion Leaders, Influencers, and Scientific societies, addressing their scientific needs, and upholding the organization's image. - Medical writing and Publications: Creating product-specific scientific content, presentations, manuscripts, and facilitating journal publications. Developing publication plans and overseeing their execution. - New Product Evaluations: Reviewing and supporting new product evaluations, monitoring competitor activities, and staying informed about global new product developments. - Medical Information and Training: Keeping stakeholders updated on therapy area developments, conducting training sessions during internal meetings as required. - Compliance: Ensuring compliance with all activities mentioned above. Skills required for this role include being a subject area expert, having learning agility, effectively analyzing and processing new information, understanding the commercialization process, and possessing strong writing skills. Educational Qualification: MD Work Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience as a medical advisor in a pharmaceutical company and/or currently holding the same designation in a pharmaceutical company.,
