About the Role: As a Sales Manager at SAA, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales effortsincluding both property sales and leasing transactionsand contributing to the growth of our business in the Pune region. We are seeking dynamic individuals with a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in achieving and exceeding both sales and leasing targets.
Job Profile:
? Managing and converting walk-ins to closures (sales & leasing)
? Attending walk-ins and closing deals (sales & leasing) along with proper follow-ups
? Responsible for attending revisits of the team members and ensuring closures (sales & leasing)
? Identifying, pitching, and closing leasing opportunities for commercial spaces
? Negotiating the terms of agreements for both sales and leasing transactions
? Maintaining proper records of booking forms, leasing contracts, and client visits
? Coordinating with property owners and tenants to finalize leasing terms
? Responsible for achieving monthly sales, leasing, and collection targets
? Achieving the set targets given by management before deadlines
? Building good customer relationships and generating reference clients to boost both sales and leasing business
