Responsibilities:

Role & Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a sales team (up to 10 within 6 months)

Ensure team achieves 450 calls OR 300 minutes of talk time daily

Drive 4+ site visits weekly for client engagement

Deliver 2+ confirmed sales per month (direct + team efforts)

Handle P&L responsibilities for profitability

Package: Up to ?35,000 per month plus lucrative incentives (up to ?40,000 on every sale made)

Sales Associate

Responsibilities:

Role & Responsibilities:

Make 100+ connected calls OR 75 minutes of talk time daily

Book & conduct 12 client site visits weekly

Support team in achieving sales targets

Build strong client relationships with personalized solutions

Learn and grow under guidance of Sales Managers

Package: Up to ?20,000 per month plus lucrative incentives (up to ?60,000 on every sale made)
