Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a sales team (up to 10 within 6 months)

• Ensure team achieves 450 calls OR 300 minutes of talk time daily

• Drive 4+ site visits weekly for client engagement

• Deliver 2+ confirmed sales per month (direct + team efforts)

• Handle P&L responsibilities for profitability

Package: Up to ₹35,000 per month plus lucrative incentives (up to ₹40,000 on every sale made)

Sales Associate

Responsibilities:

Role & Responsibilities:

• Make 100+ connected calls OR 75 minutes of talk time daily

• Book & conduct 1–2 client site visits weekly

• Support team in achieving sales targets

• Build strong client relationships with personalized solutions

• Learn and grow under guidance of Sales Managers

Package: Up to ₹20,000 per month plus lucrative incentives (up to ₹60,000 on every sale made)
