Commercial Project Manager Service

Role Overview: As a Finance Manager at Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy, your main responsibility will be to enhance project profits and improve customer happiness by collaborating closely with the Operations Manager and core team. You will be tasked with managing commercial matters, cost centers, and providing detailed financial reports to ensure the success of projects. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with the Operations Manager and core team to increase project profit and customer happiness. - Handle all commercial matters in projects and cost centers, including order intake calculation, project cost controlling, and customer invoicing. - Provide accurate and transparent project financial reports timely, including budget, forecast, cash flow, and CAPEX. - Cooperate with the core team to take responsibility for risk and opportunity analysis. - Ensure the preparation, participation, progress, and monitoring of claims. - Support and verify sales cost calculations, including hourly rates, and recommend savings measures to boost efficiency. Qualifications Required: - Proficient in speaking and writing in both English and the local language, with preferable experience working with foreign colleagues. - A minimum of 5-7 years experience in finance or accounting, ideally in a project or construction business. - Strong analytical skills combined with the ability to communicate clearly and accurately. - Intercultural skills and knowledge of contracts (both sales and supplier) to manage contract obligations and claims. - Experience using SAP system modules such as CO, FI, PS, MM, and CS. - A 4-year college or university degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management.
