Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Project Manager (Interior Fit Out) located in Hyderabad. The Commercial Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of interior fit-out projects, including planning, executing, and closing projects. The daily tasks include managing budgets, ensuring quality control, coordinating with stakeholders, and maintaining project schedules. The role also involves contract management and handling finance-related activities. Ensuring all projects meet regulatory requirements and client specifications is a key responsibility.

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate interior fit out projects.
• 7+ years of experience in Interior industry in Corporate.
• Proficiency in budgeting and finance management
• Experience with contract management, including negotiations and compliance
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• Relevant experience in interior fit-out projects is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
