Job description

1 - Responsible for timely invoicing, proforma invoice, Delivery challans , Credit notes

2 - Verify billing data accuracy, including pricing, quantities, discounts, schemes

3 - Coordinate with sales, operations, and dispatch team to resolve billing discrepancies and issues.

4 - Stay updated with industry regulations and compliance requirements related to billing and invoicing.

5 - Should have knowledge of E-invoicing

Prefrence

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

2. Background logistics will be added advantage.

3. Knowledge of Busy (Accounting software) will be added advantage.

4. Proven experience (X years) as a Billing Executive or similar role, preferably in a medical industry

5. Strong knowledge of billing and invoicing procedures

6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and internal teams.

7. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.

9. Problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve billing-related issues efficiently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
