Commercial Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and verify customer and vendor invoices as per contract terms.
Manage commercial documentation like work orders, purchase orders, service agreements, etc.
Coordinate with project teams, clients, vendors, and internal departments for smooth operations.
Track project budgets, expenses, and ensure adherence to financial processes.
Ensure timely submission of bills and follow-up for payments/approvals.
Monitor receivables and support in reconciliation of accounts.
Assist in preparation of MIS reports and commercial dashboards.
Ensure compliance with statutory norms like GST, TDS, and other commercial regulations.
Support audits and documentation requirements.

Key Skills Required:

Good understanding of commercial operations in project-based industries.
Hands-on experience in billing, invoicing, and vendor coordination.
Knowledge of taxation (GST/TDS), project costing, and financial documentation.
Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems (
SAP SD
).
Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders.
