Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Review incoming claims for accuracy, completeness, and eligibility under policy coverage.
Verify customer details, policy information, and supporting documentation.
Visiting loss site, provide inputs on loss minimization.
Maintaining Claims MIS Sheet.
Assess claims against policy terms and identify discrepancies or missing information.
Process payments, rejections, or adjustments as per company guidelines.
Assist in fraud detection by identifying suspicious or inconsistent claim patterns.
Interact with all channel partners and sharing MIS.

Preferred candidate profile:

Candidate should have a background in General Insurance is mandatory.
