About the Role

BBC HR&D Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Commercial Associates on a contractual basis for deployment at TATA Power project sites in Odisha.
This role primarily involves billing operations, bill revision, system billing, and related commercial activities. The position is mainly office-based with some field-related responsibilities as per project needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Bill revision, system billing, and bill cancellation activities
• Billing Quality Check (BQC) and billing analysis
• FTF class activities (meter change cases)
• 3-phase collection support
• Daily field collection and DO entry
• Meter shifting, disconnection, and reconnection coordination
• Meter reading/entry and CCR collection
• Maintaining billing and collection records accurately

Qualification Requirements

• Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) mandatory
• Minimum 50% marks throughout academic career

Skills & Requirements

• Basic computer knowledge and system handling
• Understanding of billing and commercial operations
• Willingness to handle both office and limited field-related tasks
• Good coordination and documentation skills
• Due to field-related activities, candidates willing to work on-site and in field conditions will be preferred
