Color Grading Specialist

The Colorist will be responsible for elevating visual storytelling through expert color correction and grading. Using DaVinci Resolve as the primary tool, they will create custom looks, manage grading workflows, and ensure final delivery meets platform standards. This role requires proven experience, a strong portfolio, and a deep understanding of color theory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced color correction and grading for final delivery
• Create custom color looks from scratch (not just LUT-based)
• Use DaVinci Resolve as primary grading tool
• Work closely with the Video Editor and Creative Director to achieve desired visual style
• Manage grading workflow and file preparation for different platforms

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Colorist with a strong portfolio
• Expert-level DaVinci Resolve skills
• Deep understanding of color theory and visual storytelling
• Ability to work to deadlines and handle multiple projects
• Excellent attention to detail

Preferred:

• Familiarity with wedding/fashion/commercial aesthetics
• Knowledge of file formats, codecs, and export requirements
