Job Location- Bangalore (WFO)

We are looking for a seasonedCollibra expert to lead the technical ownership and evolution of our Collibra Data Intelligence Platform. This is ahands-on, product-specialist role requiring deep expertise in Collibraarchitecture, configuration, and integration capabilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing Collibra as a strategic enterprise platform, ensuring it delivers maximum value across data governance, metadata management, and data lineage initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as thetechnical expert for Collibra, managing its configuration, upgrades, and performance independently.Architect and implemententerprise-wide data governance solutions using Collibra, aligned with business and regulatory needs.Design and developcustom workflows (BPMN) , integrations (REST\/SOAP APIs), and extensions within Collibra.Lead theend-to-end implementation of metadata management, data cataloging, and lineage tracking using Collibra.Collaborate with enterprise architects, data engineers, and business stakeholders to integrate Collibra with platforms likeAzure, Databricks ,Snowflake and BI tools.Define and enforceCollibra operating model , including roles, responsibilities, stewardship, and governance workflows. Define and evolve the asset model for business use cases.Provideexpert-level support and troubleshooting for Collibra users and integrations.Conduct advancedtraining sessions for technical teams and business users.Evaluate and roll outnew product features for business needs.Drivecontinuous improvement and innovation in Collibra usage across the organization.Ensure Collibra supportsregulatory compliance and audit requirements through robust lineage and traceability.\ufeffRequired Qualifications & Skills:7+ years of experience in data governance, metadata management, or related fields.Extensive hands-on experience with Collibra Data Intelligence Platform in a large enterprise environment.Proven ability tomanage Collibra independently , including configuration, workflow development, and integration.Deep understanding ofCollibraoperating model , technical architecture, and customization capabilities.Strong experience withREST\/SOAP APIs and BPMN workflows.Expertise indata cataloging, lineage, metadata standards , and governance frameworks.Experience integrating Collibra withcloud data platforms and enterprise systems.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Qualifications:Collibra Ranger or Architect certification (highly desirable).Experience in regulated industries such aslife sciences or pharmaceuticals .Background indata engineering, data architecture , or enterprise data platforms.data quality tools and frameworks.
