Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a College Gaming Ambassador located in Kolkata. The College Gaming Ambassador will promote Gameonix Esports & Gaming events and activities within their college campus. Responsibilities include planning and organizing esports tournaments, engaging with the student community to foster an active gaming culture, and representing Gameonix at events. The role also involves maintaining relationships with students, collecting feedback, and providing excellent customer service. The ambassador will work closely with the marketing and events team to ensure effective communication and event success.

Qualifications

Knowledge and passion for eSports and Gaming
Strong analytical skills to evaluate event performance and provide constructive feedback
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students and stakeholders
Customer service experience and ability to address inquiries and concerns professionally
