Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the face of the organization in different institutes, engaging with Placement Officers (TPOs), Principals, Deans, and other higher officials.
• Promote and convince institutes about our training programs and their benefits.
• Generate leads and business opportunities by developing strong partnerships with educational institutions.
• Travel across locations as required, sometimes accompanying CEOs or HODs for key meetings.
• Conduct seminars and presentations to introduce our organization and its offerings to colleges and students.
• Ensure consistent communication and follow-ups with institutions to strengthen relationships.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Masters in Business Administration (MBA) is mandatory.
• Specialization in Marketing, HR, or related fields is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Event coordination and multitasking capabilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Willingness to travel extensively across locations.
• Self-motivated and proactive with an energetic personality.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Extensive travel opportunities and exposure to diverse environments.
