Collections Representative

As a Collections Representative at Astra Business Services Pvt. Ltd., known as AstraGlobal, located in Noida, you will be responsible for debt collection, customer service, and finance-related tasks. Your role will involve daily interactions with clients and assisting in debt recovery activities via phone calls. You will be working in a full-time on-site position, benefiting from state-of-the-art IT infrastructure, stringent security measures, and regulatory compliance from our global contact center in India. To excel in this role, you should possess strong communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail and accuracy.
