Job Description

Job Description: Collect overdue payments for short-term loans, with a focus on accounts with DPD above 60 days. Manage a portfolio of delinquent accounts and develop recovery strategies while adhering to company and regulatory guidelines. Contact customers via calls/visits, inform them of overdue bills, and negotiate suitable repayment plans. Advise customers on payment options and encourage timely payments. Maintain positive relationships with borrowers to resolve disputes or issues. Ensure accurate records of all interactions, commitments, and payments in the system. Prepare daily reports and update the Collections Manager on recovery progress. Comply with internal policies and regulatory norms in all recovery activities. Key Skills: Loan collections / debt recovery DPD 60+ account handling Negotiation & persuasion Field recovery experience Customer relationship management Knowledge of regulatory compliance Communication: Telugu (must), basic English / Hindi Function / Functional Area: Collections / Recovery / Credit Control | BFSI Collections / Recovery
