Job Description

Follow up with customers for overdue payments via calls, emails, and visits. Maintain accurate records of follow-ups, promises to pay, and customer interactions. Negotiate and convince customers for timely repayment while maintaining professionalism. Identify and escalate high-risk accounts to the concerned department. Coordinate with legal and collection teams when necessary. Achieve monthly recovery targets as set by the management.
