Your role will involve utilizing your strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively manage secured MSME loans and unsecured consumer loans. Key Responsibilities: - Manage credit control and debt collection processes for secured MSME loans and unsecured consumer loans - Utilize strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Hindi to interact with borrowers - Handle written-off and NPA Bucket collection, with a preference for previous experience in this area - Apply your solid understanding and experience in Finance to effectively assess credit risks and manage debt recovery - Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies Qualifications Required: - Strong skills in Credit Control and Debt Collection - Strong communication and negotiation skills in both English and Hindi (mandatory) - Experience in written-off and NPA Bucket collection (preferred) - Solid understanding and experience in Finance - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field - Experience in the financial services industry is a plus,
