The ideal candidate will be responsible for collections follow-ups, and recovery of dues from customers who have taken consumer loans or financial products. 🔧 Key Responsibilities:Visit customers' locations for EMI collection and follow-up. Ensure timely recovery of overdue payments. Maintain proper documentation and receipts of collections. Update collection status on mobile app or CRM. Resolve customer queries related to payments. Achieve daily and monthly collection targets. Escalate non-cooperative or absconding cases to the supervisor.
