The role involves contacting customers for payment reminders, managing follow-ups, and ensuring timely collections. Key Responsibilities:Handle outbound collection calls in preferred regional language. Follow up with customers regarding overdue payments. Negotiate and educate customers on repayment schedules. Maintain call records and update customer payment status. Follow compliance guidelines and maintain professionalism during all interactions. Coordinate with the internal recovery and accounts team as needed. Meet daily/weekly collection targets. Language Requirements:Must be fluent in Kannada, Tamil, or Telugu. Good command of English is required for documentation and system updates. Eligibility:Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate (any stream) DRA certified candidates are preferred (but not mandatory). Previous experience in collections/BPO/telecalling/customer support is an added advantage. Must be comfortable working from the office (Bangalore).
