Collection Manager - Housing

Role Overview: As a Collections Manager, your primary responsibility will be handling collections for the assigned area and achieving collection targets on various parameters like resolution, flows, credit cost, and roll rates. You will play a crucial role in keeping the NPA's within the assigned budget and taking active measures to minimize them. Additionally, conducting asset verifications and possession as per SARFESI / Section 9 process through court receivers will be part of your duties. Key Responsibilities: - Track and control delinquency of the area based on bucket & DPD wise analysis - Focus on nonstarters and ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues within specified TAT - Build relationships with key clients to ensure timely collections - Monitor defaulting customers and represent the organization in front of legal/statutory bodies - Ensure adequate Feet on Street availability area-wise/bucket-wise/segment-wise - Obtain daily updates from all collection executives on delinquent portfolio - Initiate a detailed account-level review of high ticket accounts - Comply with all Audit/NHB/IRB regulations and company's policies and procedures Qualifications Required: - Mandatory: Graduate degree - Optional: Master's/Postgraduate degree (Note: The above job description provides a summary of your role, key responsibilities, and required qualifications.),
