Collection Executive(MALE)

You will be responsible for collecting savings deposits from customers as per the schedule and conducting door-step/field collections in assigned areas. Make sure to provide and maintain proper receipts and records, and submit collected cash to the office/bank on the same day. It will be essential to maintain daily collection reports, whether manual or digital, and build strong customer relationships. Additionally, you will promote new savings accounts and schemes to customers, follow up on pending/overdue savings contributions, and report to the team leader/manager daily.
