Collection Executive

Job Title: Collection ExecutiveDepartment: Collections / RecoveryReporting To: Branch Manager / Collection ManagerJob Purpose:

To ensure timely recovery of outstanding dues from customers while maintaining a positive customer relationship and adhering to company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Loan Recovery & Collection:
• Visit customers to collect overdue loan repayments as per assigned portfolio.
• Ensure recovery of EMI dues, penal interest, and other charges within defined timelines.
• Follow up through calls, visits, and reminder letters for payment collection.
• Negotiate repayment schedules or settlements where necessary within company policy.
• Customer Interaction & Support:
• Maintain professional and ethical conduct during customer visits.
• Educate customers about repayment terms, late payment implications, and payment channels.
• Handle customer queries and escalate unresolved issues to the supervisor.
• Documentation & Reporting:
• Maintain accurate and updated collection records.
• Submit daily collection reports to the branch/collection manager.
• Ensure receipts are issued for every payment collected and deposited promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and company data.
• Coordination:
• Coordinate with the Credit, Accounts, and Legal teams for delinquent cases.
• Assist in repossession or legal recovery processes where required.
• Compliance & Ethics:
• Adhere to RBI and NBFC recovery guidelines and company collection code of conduct.
• Avoid any form of coercion, harassment, or unethical recovery practices.
• Ensure all field activities are carried out with transparency and integrity.

• Basic knowledge of loan products and collection procedures.
• Proficiency in using mobile collection apps or CRM tools.

Qualification & Experience:

• Education: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (Preferred).
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in collections / recovery in NBFC or banking sector.
• License: Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,578.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
