Job Title: Collection Executive
Location : Tirupur
Job Description :
Collect monthly chit instalments from subscribers as per schedule
Conduct regular field visits to customers’ homes or business locations
Follow up on overdue and pending payments and ensure recovery
Maintain accurate collection records and submit daily reports
Deposit collected amounts to the branch/accounts department on time
Explain chit schemes, payment schedules, and penalties to customers
Resolve customer payment-related queries professionally
Coordinate with branch staff for auction and payment updates
Ensure compliance with company policies and Chit Funds Act guidelines
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to reduce defaults
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
