Collection Executive-Sales

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Recovery Executive to manage and follow up on fee collections, pending payments, and dues from enrolled students or guardians. The ideal candidate will ensure timely collections, maintain strong relationships, and minimize outstanding balances in a student-centric manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact students or guardians through calls, WhatsApp, SMS, or emails for payment follow-ups
• Remind and recover pending fees, EMIs, or dues as per agreed terms
• Maintain detailed records of payment status and follow-up history in CRM
• Handle objections or concerns related to payments with empathy and clarity
• Coordinate with the Accounts and Sales teams for resolution or escalation
• Generate daily/weekly recovery reports and update management on collections progress
• Meet assigned monthly recovery targets

Required Skills:

• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software
• Ability to handle objections and maintain professionalism
• Target-oriented with a proactive approach to recovery

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
