Contact customers via phone, email, or other communication channels to remind them of outstanding balances and negotiate payment arrangements. Maintain accurate records of all communications with customers and update customer account information as needed. Collaborate with internal teams, such as customer service and sales, to resolve billing disputes and ensure customer satisfaction. Monitor and analyze customer payment trends, identifying potential risk factors for non-payment. Generate regular reports on collection activities and customer account status for management review.
